]]> On May 22, 2017 DuPont announced their award for Packaging Innovation.  Dr. Yambrach,1977 MSU School of Packaging Graduate, was awarded the Diamond Award, their highest honor.  Dr. Yambrach received the award for his Fritz Water Vest.  The Fritz Water Vest was recognized as an example of Packaging Technology applied to improving people’s lives.

The Fritz Water Vest allows people in developing countries to carry up to 20 pounds of water easily and safely.  The vest is antimicrobial, ergonomic, and reusable.
