Tom graduated from Michigan State with a Packaging degree in 1981 and received a MBA from Ohio State in 1990. Tom has worked in the food and medical industries with Abbott Labs, ConAgra Foods and Mead Johnson Nutrition. While most of his career has been related to Packaging, Tom has worked in a variety of R&D roles. His current role is Director, North America R&D for Mead Johnson Nutrition, focused on Infant and Children Nutrition. Tom and his wife Kelly have 4 children, 3 currently in college and one in high school. Tom joined the Board in late 2015 and looks forward to helping students, faculty, and the MSU School of Packaging.
